Mediation Dispute Resolution

When Compassion and Understanding are What you Need,

I can help both parties meet in the middle to resolve differences equitably.

I have 70 hours' training for Court-Appointed Mediator cases and

Advanced Court Mediator cases involving Family Law.

Rather than using the caucus style of mediating in separate rooms,

my preferred method is to involve both parties in the same room,

sorting out differences and coming to an agreement.

I believe this method can help each party

feel a greater sense of satisfaction

that they were listened to by the other party;

and that their differences

were met fairly and equitably.
